PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING.
I LOOK FORWARD TO SERVICING ALL OF MY RETURNING AND NEW CLIENTS

YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Shampoo, conditioning, and blowdry is
INCLUDED with all services EXCLUDING ALL BRAID SERVICES.

  • I DO NOT work over others work!

  • Please read FULL policy before booking

  • Please arrive with hair completely taken down and detangled

    (unless you book a take down service)

  • All appointments must be booked 24HRS in advance

  • NO extra guest allowed

  • If there are any issues please discuss when service is complete, we will
    agree on a solution

  • NO REFUNDS

DEPOSITS

A DEPOSIT OF 20% IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. AN APPOINTMENT IS ONLY CONFIRMED AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT VIA Zelle(jacksonamarie97@outlook.com) or Cash ONLY.

LATE POLICY

  • Every Client will receive a 10 min grace period, only if your tardiness is communicated.

  • If you are more than 15mins late a $20 late fee will be added to your service.

  • Your appointment will automatically be cancelled if you arrive more than 20 min after your appointment time.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • “No call/No Show” will result to your card on file being charged a $50 no show fee.


  • Insufficient funds or card removal will result in booking banned.

  • All cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment.

  • If your appointment is canceled on the day of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

ADD-ONS

  • All add-ons MUST be added to booking

  • All braid services have a shampoo, conditioning add-on service at booking.

  • Additional add-ons may or may not be allowed during booking based on time duration.

AFTER-HOURS POLICY

These charges are separate from service & are due at time of booking

  • Same day appointment/“Squeeze In” fee is $100

  • After hour appointment fees is $150
